Depletion

For the depletion of the animals on the 42nd day, the farmer orders trained teams of catchers, who load the chickens into the transport containers.

A chick weighing approx. 45 g grows into an animal ready for slaughter within 35 to 42 days. Modern poultry rearing has contributed significantly to an improvement in animal welfare in recent years and at the same time has taken into account not only profitability, but also the well-being of the animals.
